Mary's Chicken Soup
4 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 celery stalks
2 medium onions
3 potatoes quartered
1 can diced tomatoes
Desired variety of pasta
In a large pot place chicken breasts each cut in half and cover 3/4 way with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook approximately 1 hour then remove
and cut into bite sized pieces.
Place all ingredients back in pot and heat low for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente in separate pot and when done, add to soup mixture.
