Mary's Chicken Soup
4 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 celery stalks
2 medium onions
3 potatoes quartered
1 can diced tomatoes
Desired variety of pasta
In a large pot place chicken breasts each cut in half and cover 3/4 way with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook approximately 1 hour then remove and cut into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients back in pot and heat low for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente in a separate pot and when done, add to soup mixture.
