Patrick's Deep Fried Pork Ribs

Patrick's Deep Fried Pork Ribs were created "one day when he was hungry and didn't feel like lighting the grill" so he just fried up a bunch of ribs. Serve with your favorite Southern dinner or use as a snack with sweet potato fries.

Note:  This requires a deep fryer set at 400-425 degrees.

1 slab or pork ribs, regular or baby backs
Peanut or vegetable oil
Red pepper
Garlic powder

Wash and clean ribs, cutting off excess fat. Cut ribs into sections. Prepare ribs for frying by seasoning with salt, red pepper, and garlic powder to your taste. Coat the ribs in flour. Place in deep fryer and fry until brown and crispy. Drain.
