Crab Cakes

Can't be beat!

Crab Cakes
Serves 6
Total Time:  20 minutes

1 lb crabmeat
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Remove cartilage from crab. In medium pan, beat egg slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together well. Pour mixture over crab meat and fold lightly but thoroughly. Form into 6 cakes. In frying pan add just enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook cakes until brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
