Rolled Peanut Balls
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 and 1/3 cups peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. butternut flavoring.
Ground, salted Spanish peanuts
Grind peanuts medium fine: set aside. In large saucepan, melt butter with peanut butter. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar, cracker crumbs and butternut flavoring. Mix well until well blended. Chill, roll into balls, then roll each ball in ground peanuts until generously covered. Makes 3 dozen.
