Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars


1  12 ounce package butterscotch morsels

1 stick butter                                     
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 -8 ounce bar cream cheese (softened)
1 can  (14 oz.) Sweetened condensced milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium saucepan, melt  butterscotch with butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press half of this mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan. In a l large bowl, cream cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Add and beat in milk,egg,vanilla. Pour over crumb mixture in pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes (325 for glass pan). Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars.
Refrigerate left overs.
