Pie Crust


This is an easy recipe and saves going to the store if you want to make a pie.


Pie Crust

Ingredients:
2 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 c margarine
1 slightly beaten egg
2 T water
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Cut margarine into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and lemon juice; sprinkle over flour mixture while tossing and stirring lightly until moist. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out now or wrap in wax paper and put in zip lock and into refrigerator for use later. Makes 2 eight-inch crusts.
