Wiener Schnitzel


My grandmother came from Germany as a young lady and, of course made, wiener schnitzel.

 

Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients:
8 veal cutlets
English mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Salt/pepper
Flour
Cracker crumbs
Beaten egg

Directions:
Rub mustard on veal cutlets. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with salt/pepper. Dip in flour, beaten egg and then cracker crumbs. Fry in skillet until tender.
