1 small package lime Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup sugar
1- 8 oz package cream cheese- softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup (1/2 pint) Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix boiling water with Jello and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are dissolved. Put in refrigerator until the consistency of egg whites. Whip until real foamy.
Mix cream cheese, salt, lemon juice, and sugar. Use a mixer to do this. Add into first mixture and whip again.
Add a can of crushed pineapple and Cool Whip and fold in pecans.
Put in a pan or mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
