Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts
Artichoke hearts ( I like the olive oil seasoned/prepared jars)
Trim your bacon fat from the side of the bacon and throw away fat.
Cut your bacon slice in half.
Wrap artichoke hearts with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Once you have used all of your bacon and wrapped all of your hearts, place them all in a baking pan/device (It doesn't really matter if they are evenly spread out or all sitting on top of each other, as long as they all fit.)
Cook at 400 degrees loosely covered with aluminum foil for 45-60 minutes.
