Help, I can't stop eating this ......


Judy H. Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Red potatoes cooked and sliced thin (no need to peel)
Onions (if desired)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar (or artificial sweetener)

Directions:
Place all ingredients (not potatoes and onions) in bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour over potatoes and onions
Refrigerate several hours

Tastes better the next day!
