Novel idea for an appetizer for guests.


Taco Cups

Ingredients:

1 bag Tostitos Scoops (flower shaped Scoops)
1 can refried beans
1 bag Green Giant or Boca crumbles for vegetarians, fry to pkg directions
1 c shredded cheddar
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Set Scoops out on a large platter .Layer with the beans and crumbles mixed together. Then cheddar, salsa, sour cream as best you can.

*These cannot be refrigerated as the scoops go soft. Eat right after preparing.
