Judy's Marinated Carrot Salad

Judy's parents owned a German deli in NYC for many years, and this was one of their customers' favorites!

Judy's Marinated Carrot Salad


1 bag frozen sliced carrots (or fresh if desired)
1 large green pepper slivered
1 med onion - sliced thin
1/2 cup oil - 3/4 cup wine vinegar - 1 tbls mustard - 1 can tomato soup  - 1 cup sugar - pinch salt - 1 tbls worcestershire sauce

Cook carrots and green pepper until still firm.
Stir into mixture and marinate in refrigerator.

Serve cold.
