This dip is not only quick to make, but delish! Very quick to make if company shows up.
Black Bean Dip
2 T Taco spices and seasonings
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 T chopped fresh cilantro (I use dried)
2 tsp lime juice
In food processor (or blender), combine all ingredients. Mix. Serve with chips, raw veggies. Makes about 2 cups.
