Cabbage Slaw


You must eat this on New Year's Day in order to be prosperous throughout the year!


Cabbage Slaw

1 package cabbage 
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups white sugar

Chop as desired cabbage, green pepper, onion and celery.

Heat oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and sugar until sugar dissolves.

Pour heated ingredients over chopped ingredients. Set over night in refrigerator.

Stir and serve.
