A news crew from CNN visited Arcadia Aug. 20. CNN was doing a story on the effects of Hurricane Charley on migrant farm workers in the area. Reporter Sara Dorsey visited Trinity United Methodist Church in Arcadia and spoke with the Rev. David Harris, pastor and conference disaster response coordinator, about his work in the community. Mike Wacht, Florida Conference director of communications, translated for the CNN reporter as she interviewed several Hispanic residents.
