First United Methodist Church, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte United Methodist Church, Port Charlotte:
Now have phone service and power! Some of the streetlights are now working in both these areas. Unfortunately, there are still significant places were there is neither.   

Christ and Cleveland United Methodist Churches:
Still without water or power.   

Lehigh Acres:
Has been sending teams and supplies daily to help out on Pine Island.   

Hope United Methodist Church, Cape Coral:
Assessed the needs in its church and community. The church may be small, but members’ response was large, and they organized to provide food, water, ice and a generator to those most in need. People from the church provide three hot meals a day for a very elderly and disoriented couple until their power was restored.
