Church Administrator


St. Paul's UMC Ocala. Florida position opening    Church Administrator   Part Time

The Church Administrator position covers three main areas of responsibility: Management and administration of church office, coordination of communication within and outside the congregation, and being an administrative assistant to the Pastor and other church staff. This individual will have a college degree or two years work related administrative experience. Organizational and communication skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skill; proficient in Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Outlook, Publisher, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google calendar required. Additionally, this person would be the webmaster for the Church website. Experience in PowerChurch a plus but not required.

Hours of Work: M-Thur   9AM to 2PM plus required meetings
Compensation: $12.00 to $15.00/ hour
