Case Management Training
Case management is the key that opens the door to recovery for disaster survivors. It is the process that encourages clients to plan and take control of their own recovery. A case manager/advocate is an individual that works over the long-term with survivors to make an in-depth assessment of their needs in order to determine which are disaster-related. Case managers help survivors develop an action plan for their recovery. This training is scheduled after disaster on an as-needed basis.
THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS TRAINING.
