†Pre-Conference Mission Outreach Day: Annual Conference delegates and visitors are invited to participate in a pre-conference mission outreach day. Projects include Storm Recovery, Habitat for Humanity and Celebrate Jesus events. Work teams will help Polk County residents by providing labor for homes being rebuilt following the Hurricanes of 2004. The day will conclude with a time of fellowship and food with a "Come as you are" supper at First United Methodist Church of Lakeland. Buffet serving begins at 5:30pm. To assist in planning for work sites, pre-registration is requested. Additional information available on the conference web-site (http://www.flumc.org).
