Who will receive an Annual Conference (AC) Workbook? All pastors serving a local church, all pastors in an extension ministry and all retired pastors will receive an AC Workbook. All local church lay members, all district at large lay members and all lay members as required by the *Discipline will receive AC Workbooks. (*This includes but may not be limited to: Conference Lay Leader, District Lay Leaders, Conference President of United Methodist Men, Conference President of United Methodist Women, District Presidents of United Methodist Men; District Presidents of United Methodist Women, District Youth and District Young Adult Representatives)

When will I receive my AC Workbook? Annual Conference Workbooks will be available around the first of May.

How will I receive my AC Workbook? AC Workbooks will be distributed to local church pastors and all lay members through the district offices. Each district office will determine the distribution process for their district and will be in communication with the pastors and lay members in their district regarding this. AC Workbooks will be mailed via bulk mail to all extension ministry pastors, to all retired pastors and to pastors on leave of absence. In addition, new probationary members will receive their AC Workbooks by mail, unless they are currently serving as a pastor of a local church, in which case they will receive it through their district office.

I’m a reserve lay member taking the place of someone who cannot attend. Where do I get an AC Workbook? You will need to secure the copy of the AC Workbook that was given to the lay member whose place you are taking.

Are there extra copies of the AC Workbook available in the event I should lose mine or want to share a copy with my spouse who is attending with me? We are sorry but we do not have extra copies of the AC Workbooks. This is done in an effort to keep printing costs down. However, all information contained in the AC Workbook will be posted on the Florida Conference website and is available for free download there.
