REGISTRATION: Clergy and laity registration is combined this year. There will be one station for each of the 14 districts for both clergy and laity. Please report to the district station that you are affiliated with. For clergy who are moving to a new appointment in June, please report to the district in which you are currently serving (pre-move). If you are as clergy member from out of state and not sure of your district, or you are a "last minute" reserve lay member replacing someone, please report to the "REGISTRATION HELP" desk located in the same area as registration. Registration will be in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center beginning Wednesday, June 2, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, June 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late registration (June 4, 5, and 6) will be at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. To avoid long lines, we strongly encourage you to register on Wednesday afternoon if you are arriving in Daytona Beach on Wednesday. We anticipate Thursday morning and Thursday noon time to be the heaviest registration time. CAMPUS HOUSING CHECK-IN: Begins Wednesday, June 2, at 2:00 p.m., on the West side of the Performing Arts Center. Dorms will close at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 6. There will be easy access, short-term parking for registration and campus housing check-in ONLY on Wednesday ONLY in the lot to the east of the Performing Arts Center. This lot will be Handicapped Parking the remainder of the week (Thursday through Sunday) |
