The Expo will also include representatives from organizations that provide church-related technology, products and services. United Methodist Church connectional agencies related to the Florida Conference will receive priority of placement when registration applications are received by the April 1, 2004 deadline. Space is limited, registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
Booth Specifications: A six foot draped table, 2 chairs and trash can will be provided for each booth Hours: The Expo opens at 9:00am on Thursday, June 3rd and closes at noon on Sunday, June 6th Set Up Times: Wednesday, June 2nd, 2pm to 7pm and Thursday, June 3rd, 8am to 9am Booth Assignments: Please check in at the Expo table in the Conference Center adjacent to the Performing Arts Center for your exhibitor ID and the location of your booth. Gulf Coast Expo has been contracted to provide Expo services. If you need additional supplies and services please contact Gulf Coast at 813-915-8066. Building Access and Parking: The most convenient entrance for set-up will be on the east side of the Performing Arts Center. There are ramps and an elevator in this area. This access will only be available on Wednesday during registration time. East side parking will be designated for handicapped parking when conference convenes on Thursday. The closest parking for daily access will be the Wildcat Center to the west of the Performing Arts Center. The sponsoring exhibitor will underwrite the cost of food or beverage and coordinate this service with the food service provider for Bethune-Cookman College.
