There are a limited number of complimentary rooms reserved for retired pastors (of the Florida Conference) and probationary members being commissioned at the 2004 annual conference, who wish to stay on the campus of Bethune-Cookman College. Please mark the appropriate box on the reservation card if you are eligible for this benefit and wish to request it. Expenses for spouses are not covered by the annual conference budget and will be the responsibility of the retired pastor or new probationary member. The complimentary rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no additional complimentary rooms available after the budgeted number of rooms is filled. If you find after making the reservation you are unable to attend, please call the college’s Center for Information Technology at (386) 481-2074 to cancel. Reservations for children are not possible. Residence halls are not equipped for their safety. The campus and all rooms are non-smoking areas. Pets are not permitted on campus.

A meal ticket may be purchased for $55.00 per person for all meals served in the cafeteria. Payment must be returned with the enclosed reservation card.
